Make An Appointment

Before booking your appointment online, please ensure that you know exactly which service your stylist will be performing. Appointment lengths are based on the service selected. Should you choose a service that is shorter than what you need, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate that change on the day of the appointment. We suggest asking your stylist which service to select. If you are unsure, please call the salon, and we can get an appropriate length appointment booked for you.

Cancelation policy

Here at Rod Sickler Salon & Spa we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Salon clients are given three (3) grace appointments a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. After that you will be asked to pre pay for each up coming appointment.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
